Is AXIOMA free?
Yes. The calculators, the formula editor, methods, projections and batch calculations are free and ad-free. What is kept on our servers —your library, your records, the formulas AI writes— has a monthly allowance, and companies that need more can write to us.
Do I need an account?
Not to calculate: everything works without one. With an account you keep your formulas, methods and projections and open them from any device.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You write with the names you use every day and AXIOMA takes care of the technical side. If a formula has a mistake, it explains it in words and shows you where it is.
Can I use my spreadsheets?
Yes. Upload an .xlsx or a .csv, or paste the rows from Excel or Google Sheets, and AXIOMA calculates every row with the formula or method you choose. Then you download the same sheet with the results.
What happens to my data?
When you calculate, the numbers you type never leave your browser. If you sign in, only what you choose to save is kept, and you decide who to share it with.
Does it work for Colombian payroll?
Yes. There are calculators for net salary, severance and the statutory bonus with this year’s figures, and methods that work out the severance of a whole team from a spreadsheet. Results are indicative: check them before you pay.
Can I use it with my team?
Yes. Create a company, invite your team by email and decide who can view, edit, approve or publish each calculation. Every change is kept in the audit log.
