Your data in AXIOMA
What we keep, what for, who we share it with and how you correct or delete it, said plainly.
In effect since October 27, 2026
In a few words
- The calculators do the math in your browser: the numbers you type into them never leave your device.
- An account only needs your name and your email.
- We do not sell your data, we show no ads and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence.
- You can delete your account whenever you want from «Your account».
- We measure how the site is used without knowing who you are.
Who answers for your data
AXIOMA is responsible for the data used on axioma.page. For anything about it, write to support@axioma.page or use the contact form: every message is read by a person.
By creating an account or writing to us, you agree that we use your data as this page describes, and only for that.
What we keep and what for
- Your account. Your name and your email, so you can sign in and we recognize you. If you use a password, we keep it in a way nobody can read, not even us.
- What you create. Formulas, methods, projections, records, companies, comments and versions, so you can use them and find them later. You and the people you give access to see them, and inside a company so do those who administer it; what you publish or share with a link is seen by whoever has the address.
- What is calculated on the server. When you run something saved in your account or in a company, it stays in its history with the values you used and the result, so you can look at it again. If you use someone else’s public page or link, what you type stays in the history of whoever published it, without saying who you are.
- What you write to us. Your email, your name if you give it, the message, the page you wrote from and the browser you were using, to answer you and fix what breaks.
- The emails we send you. Codes to sign in, the confirmation of your email and notices that someone shared something with you or invited you to a company. We send no advertising.
- Security. What was asked of the service and from which account, without its content, to find failures and abuse. Of the important changes —your password, your email, deleting the account, what happens in a company— we keep who, when and from which internet address, so we can look into unauthorized access. To hold back abuse we count the attempts that come from each address for a few minutes, and then they are forgotten.
- The AXIOMA team. It sees the name and email of each account to look after it or correct it, never its password. To help a company it can step into it for up to four hours, and the reason stays in the company’s record.
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft
We only receive the basics: your name, your email, whether they already verified it and a code of theirs that tells us you are the same person next time. We use it to create your account and let you in, and for nothing else.
We do not ask for access to your email, your files, your contacts or your calendar, and we never post anything in your name. We do not sell or share this data, nor use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence. AXIOMA’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove AXIOMA’s access whenever you want from your Google account or from your Microsoft account settings.
What stays in your browser
Your browser remembers a few things so you do not have to repeat them: that you signed in, until you sign out or the session ends; what you save without an account; the language; the light or dark theme, and the company you work in. While you sign in with Google or Microsoft, or accept an invitation, it also remembers where to come back to.
Of all that, only the session reaches us, and it is what keeps you signed in. What you save without an account lives only in that browser: if you clear its data, it is lost.
How we measure the use of the site
We count which pages are opened and what is used —for example, how many people calculate with their own numbers— to know which calculators to improve and which ones to write. We do it with Umami, which keeps nothing in your browser and does not know who you are: it never receives your numbers, what you type, your name or your email. Of the page that brought you, only the site counts, never what you searched for.
Formulas written with AI
If you ask the AI to write a formula for you, we send Claude, by Anthropic, only what you describe: never your data, your name or your email. Anthropic does not use it to train its models. We do not keep your description; we only count how many formulas you ask for each month.
Who we work with
These services help AXIOMA work, and each one handles your data only for that:
- Amazon Web Services: AXIOMA’s servers and database, in the United States, and the sending of emails.
- Cloudflare: carries the site to your browser and protects it from attacks.
- Zoho: the mailbox where we read and answer what you write to us.
- Anthropic: only if you ask the AI to write a formula for you.
- Google and Microsoft: only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Ko-fi: if you decide to support AXIOMA, Ko-fi takes the payment under its own rules; we never see your card.
- Umami: counts visits without knowing who you are.
Several of them have their servers outside Colombia, mostly in the United States, so your data travels there, with the same protection this page describes.
How long we keep it
- Your account and what you create: as long as you have the account. Deleting it takes your account, your personal space and your preferences, and you leave your companies; what you did inside a company stays there, because it is the company’s.
- What was asked of the service: 30 days.
- Backups: up to 14 days; then they delete themselves.
- The messages you write to us: we keep them so we can follow the conversation. If you want us to delete one, ask us.
- The important changes: they are kept even if you delete the account, because they are the record of what happened.
What you can ask of us
Whenever you want, you can know what data we have about you, correct or update it, ask us to delete it and withdraw the permission you gave us to use it. You do many of these things yourself from Your account: changing your name, your email or your password, closing your sessions and deleting the account.
For anything else, write to support@axioma.page. We answer questions within 10 business days and complaints within 15, as Colombian law requires (Law 1581 of 2012). If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, Colombia’s data protection authority.
Minors
If you are under 18, create your account with the permission of your mother, your father or the person who looks after you.
If this policy changes
We update this page and its date. If a change is to use your data for something new, we will ask you first.
