The rules for using AXIOMA

What AXIOMA is

AXIOMA is a calculation workshop at axioma.page: calculators that show their formula, an editor to write your own, methods, projections, records and batch calculations, on your own or with your company.

By using it you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it. For any question, write to support@axioma.page or use the contact form.

Your account

You can use the calculators and the editor without an account. To save in AXIOMA and work with a company you need one.

An account belongs to one person. Use true details, look after your password and the access to your email —it also lets you sign in— and tell us if someone got in without your permission. If you are under 18, create it with the permission of your mother, your father or the person who looks after you.

What you create is yours

The formulas, methods, projections, records and everything you create remain yours. You give us permission to store them, include them in backups, calculate with them and show them to whoever you decide, only so AXIOMA works. That permission ends when you delete them, except in backups, which delete themselves within 14 days.

You can take what is yours with you: every saved formula, method or projection is exported to a file from its page.

What you publish or share with a link is seen by whoever has the address. You are responsible for what you publish: that you have the right to do it and that it misleads no one.

If you work with a company

What you create inside a company belongs to the company: it stays there even if you leave or delete your account. Those who administer it decide who joins, with which role and what they see, and they see everything created in it, private things included.

To help a company, the AXIOMA team can step into it for up to four hours, and the reason stays in the company’s record.

Results and AI

Results are indicative and do not replace the advice of a professional: check them before making a decision about money or health. Figures that depend on the law, such as taxes or payroll, change, and it may take a while before we update them.

A formula written with AI is tested with its examples before you see it, but it can still be wrong: review it before using it.

What it costs and its limits

Today AXIOMA charges nothing. If there are paid plans one day, nothing will be charged to you without you accepting it first.

What runs in your browser has no limit. What is stored or calculated on the server and the formulas written with AI do: each space has a maximum, counted per month for calculations, which AXIOMA may adjust, and a company can agree on a wider one with AXIOMA.

What is not allowed

• Attacking the service, trying to get into other people’s accounts or companies, or getting around the limits.
• Overloading it with automated requests.
• Publishing or sharing content that is illegal, misleading or that violates other people’s rights.
• Pretending to be another person or company.
• Using AXIOMA’s invitations or notices to send emails nobody asked for.

If someone does, we can suspend their account or their company, or delete it in serious cases. Unless there is a risk to other people, we will first write to them to tell them why.

Supporting AXIOMA

Contributions through Ko-fi are voluntary: they buy nothing and give access to nothing different. Ko-fi takes them under its own terms; if something goes wrong with a payment, write to us.

If something fails

We do our best for AXIOMA to work and look after what is yours, with backups at least once a day, but it can have errors or be unavailable for a while. It is offered as it is and, as far as the law allows, AXIOMA is not liable for losses that come from using its results or from not being able to use it. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

AXIOMA changes: we may add, change or remove features. If it closes one day, we will say so at least 30 days ahead, so you can take what is yours.

What belongs to AXIOMA

AXIOMA’s name, logo, design and code are its own. The formulas of the calculators and the examples are there for you to use, copy and adapt to your case; what you cannot do is present AXIOMA, or a copy of the site, as your own. And if you tell us an idea to improve it, we may use it freely.

If you want to leave

You can delete your account whenever you want from Your account. What happens to your data when you do is in the privacy policy.

The law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If a part is not valid under the law, the rest still is.

If they change, we update this page and its date, and we publish an important change here before it takes effect. If you keep using AXIOMA afterwards, you accept the new version.
